Beginning class. we review last time. after we get a outline. and preview two key point.
Hypertext is a way of connecting piece of text so that you can go quickly and directly from one to another. This week's point is that. New media was made, but that do not replace old media, they displace them. for example, folder icon(We use in computer) has come from real folder(We filed some paper).

Like this media use some method to make a new media. One of them is hypertext. we can see many video and poem about hypertext media. that is different another poem. Tristan Tzara's recipe for composing a poem is cutting out the article and bring it back all together by automatic writing. also software artist are cutting up. Many "cut ups" have a some noise or another phenomenon. but sometimes it in natural course.

Another thing is computing of the 1960s. in 1960s standard computer was hollerith cards and paper printouts. and computer human interaction was very slow so, they want better, faster comprehension. after that engelbart's invite batch processing. in result to input and output is better. Engelbart's motivation is extending human intelligence.

H-LAM/T system is connect human knowledge(intelligence) and mechanical. it use connecting interface.
